Lotus Flower July 2025 Free Wallpaper

 

Resilience, purity, and rebirth are some of the symbolic representations of the lotus flower. For thousands of years, peoples, cultures and religions have identified with the journey a lotus takes over the course of its life. The lotus begins its life cycle underwater, during the winter months. Deep in the mud tuberous roots lay dormant. With warmer weather the stems and leaves rise above the water to collect energy from the sun. Buds shoot up over the leaves, reaching heights of five to six feet tall. The large, mature flower opens in the morning and closes in the afternoon, over a five-day period in summer.

In the center of each flower, a conical, yellow seed pod produces heat to attract a variety of pollinators. After blooming, the large petals wither and fall. As the seeds mature, the seed pods turn green and dry out. Eventually, the stems holding the seed pods weaken. The pods then tilt towards the water and drop their seeds back into the pond. The plant is able to reproduce from its seeds and tubers.

Windows 10

To unzip the file in Windows 10

Open File Explorer and find the zipped folder.
    1. To unzip the entire folder, right-click (or press and hold) it, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
  1. To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a new location.

To change your background image in Windows 10

Select the Start  Start symbol  button, then select Settings  > Personalization  to choose a picture worthy of gracing your desktop background, and to change the accent color for Start, the taskbar, and other items. The preview window gives you a sneak peek of your changes as you make them.

In Background, select a picture or solid color, or create a slideshow of pictures.

Mac

To unzip the contents, follow these steps:
    1. Click the Unzip button.
    1. From the drop down menu, choose to unzip your files to this Mac, iCloud Drive, Dropbox or Google Drive.

Greg Disch is a freelance photographer located in Arkansas. Greg specializes in nature, scenic, wildlife, and other outdoor subjects in Arkansas and other areas of the country.  Most of the images on this site are available for sale as prints, personal use, or rights managed stock photos.

Greg offers both classroom instruction and in the field hands on photographic workshops. Classroom sessions are normally held in Fort Smith Arkansas, but arrangements can be made to bring a class to your group.

All classes and workshops have small class sizes designed to provide an optimum student to instructor ratio, where you can get the personal attention, you need.  Most classes and workshops are limited to a maximum of six participants and will be held with a minimum of only two.

If you are looking for a wonderful opportunity to get personal individual instruction, I do private workshops and classes at a location of your choice, whether doing a location photo shoot, coming to your home or business, traveling across the country on a road trip, or at my classroom.  This is a fantastic way to learn digital workflow and be sure that your computer equipment is properly configured for optimum performance.
